Mr. Willie F. Wilcox 87 of Adams, TN passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022. Visitation Monday, December 26, 2022, 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with the family present 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Celebration of Life 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church. Interment Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Willie was born September 26, 1935, in Montgomery Co. to Jessie Lee Wilcox and Josephine Miller Wilcox. He retired from Trane Company. He is preceded in death by his wife Emma Bell Hatcher and his parents, siblings, Mary Townsend, Jessie Ray Wilcox, Billy Wilcox, Sr and Emma Dee Wilcox.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories daughters, Felicia Wilcox, Clarksville, TN and Joyce Wilcox, Arlington, VI; sons, Marvin (Velda) Wilcox, Clarksville, TN and Timothy Ligon, Bowling Green, KY; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; sisters, Rosie Ligon, Adams, TN, Augusta Wilcox, Nashville, TN, Brenda Brown, Allensville, KY, Margaret (Frank)Johnson, Adams, TN and Linda (Charles) Ogburn, Clarksville, TN; brothers, William (Lucy) Wilcox, Clarksville, TN, Charles (Cassie) Wilcox, Adams, TN, James Willie and Steve (Dean) Wilcox, both of Nashville, TN, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
