William Aaron Graves made his grand entrance on Saturday, March 28, 1964, as the baby of four to William and Della Graves in Clarksville, TN. He transitioned from labor to reward on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
Aaron was educated in the Montgomery County School System and was a proud 1982 graduate of the Clarksville High School. After graduation he began working with his father at Malibu Apartments for a few years. Later, with the training from his brother-n-love “Bubba”, Aaron began driving trucks cross country. He proudly drove with Nationwide Express for 34 years. Wanting to stay close to home, Aaron decided to drive locally and joined First Express where he was employed until his passing.
On April 9, 1988, Aaron married the love of his life and best friend, Monica Finney, in an intimate backyard ceremony. He took his bride and moved to Nashville. They were happily married for 37 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, and sister, Carolyn Richling.
Aaron leaves to carry on his legacy, wife Monica Graves; sister, Ceresa (Larry) Hamilton; brother, Tony (Debra) Graves; nephew, Brandon Hamilton; niece, Brittney Hamilton; aunts: Virginia Joseph, Bernice Reed, Mattie Bell Thomas, Linda Thomas, and Jessie Thomas; uncles: John (Francis) Graves, James Graves, and Royce Hamilton mother-n-love, Eula Allen Otega; brothers-n-love: Marcus (Susan) Finney and Ollie (Jackie) Finney; and a host of cousins, other family and friends.
