Valnetta was born June 27, 1970 in Clarksville, TN to Charles "Bubba" Suggs and Donzella Johnson Suggs. She is preceded in death by her mother. Valnetta leaves to cherish her loving memories daughters, Jocelyn Blount, Miracle Byrd; sons, Shamar Blount, Christian Blount, Isaac'e Blount and Giorgio Blount; sisters, Cheryl Suggs, Wyuonne Studivant and Charlene Suggs- Houk; brother, Charles P.V. Suggs; uncle, Larry Johnson, Jr; 5 grandchildren, host of family and friends.
