He leaves to cherish his loving memories mother, Weslene McDowell; father, Thomas L. Quarles, Sr; sister, Daniell McDowell; aunt, Barbara Johnson; uncles, Harry Barker, Jr., Larry O. Barker, Jr and a host of family and friends.
