Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Nevels Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. Burial Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. She was born April 17, 1953 to James Atkins and Birdie Brodie Atkins, who precede her in death.She was a 1971 graduate of Clarksville High School. She leaves to cherish her precious memories husband, Thomas Guthrie, Clarksville, TN; son, Anthony (Sherika) Sneed, Clarksville, TN; daughter, Stella (Kelvin) Bouldin, Petersburg, VA; grandchildren, Keondra Sneed, Somiyah Sneed, Alyssa (Christopher) Washington, Brendan Thompson and Jason Porter; stepmother, Emma Atkins; sisters, Myrle (James) Burney, Debra Sherk and Janice (Gregory) Wills; brothers, James Atkins and James Atkins, Jr; aunt, Dr. Teddy Osantowski and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
