Phillip Michael Rose, age 32, transitioned to eternal rest on Wednesday, January 31, 2024. A public viewing with take place on Friday, February 9, 2024, from 4:30–6:30 p.m., at Foston Memorial Chapel. The funeral service will be held at the Boiling Spring Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, February 10, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., followed by interment at the Boiling Spring Church Cemetery.
Phillip was born on April 10, 1991, at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He was the sixth child and baby boy of Domingo and Cordie Cordelia Gold Rose, both of whom preceded him in death. Phillip was a member of the Boiling Spring Missionary Baptist Church, where he was a junior trustee and worked with the audio-visual ministry. He was a 2009 graduate of Rossview High School. He attended the University of Memphis and Austin Peay State University.
Phillip leaves to cherish his memory his devoted mother, Dr. Moniqueka E. Gold; beloved aunt, Maria Gold; favorite uncle Ronnie (Barbara) Gold, uncle Patrick (Andrea) Gold; precious God-daughters Mayson and Paige; siblings Denise (Craig) Battle, Michael Rose, Dwayne (Betty) Rose, Deno Rose, and Deidra Rose; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends, Stevie and Lizzie.
