Mollie Riddick

Age 82 of Clarksville, passed away August 5, 2020. Funeral service 12:00 p.m. Monday, August 10, 2020 at Foston Funeral Home.

Mollie Louise Riddick, daughter to James Mack Riddick and Mary Jones Riddick-Johnson, was born on December 19, 1937 in Nansemond County, Virginia. Her parents, sister, Marie Deweer; brothers: Earnest Riddick, George Riddick, Howard Johnson, Roosevelt Johnson and Andrew Johnson preceded her in death.

She accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at an early age and was a member of Champions Christian Community Church (C ⁴ ). She loved reading her Bible and attending church.

Mollie received her education in the Nansemond County, VA public schools. She was self employed as a caregiver for many years before retiring.

She loved spending time with her family and friends and watching her stories on TV. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.

She leaves to cherish precious memories her daughters, Sandra White, Philadelphia, PA and Terrie Tanner, Clarksville, TN; sons, Ray White, Suffolk, VA, Raleigh White, Jr., Clarksville, TN and Larry White, Lawrenceville, VA; 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Riddick, Suffolk, VA; brother, Calvin Riddick, Suffolk, and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
