Age 99 of Clarksville passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021. Viewing Sunday, May 2, 2021 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Homegoing Celebration 12:00 p.m. Monday, May 3, 2021 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Interment Foston Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Ham was born October 8, 1921 to Willie Chilton and Emma Mae Stewart Chilton. She was a lifetime member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church and a 1938 graduate of Historic Burt High School. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kelly G. Burney, children, Marie (Sadie) Burney, and George Burney and Clayton "Noonie" Burney, grandchildren, Roland Scott, Jr, Roderick Scott, Garry Burney and Kevin Burney.
She leaves to cherish her loving memories daughter, Annie (George) Clark, Houston, TX; son, Emmett Burney; daughter-in-law, Peggy Burney, 6 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren, a host of family, friends, and her Main Street Family.
