Laura James

Age 85 of Clarksville, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018. Visitation Monday, October 15, 2018 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 noon with the funeral service to follow at 12:00 noon at Foston Memorial Chapel. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. She was born October 11, 1932 in Montgomery County to Edward Marshall and Laura B. Woodard Marshall. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, George H. Dix and James Thomas Dix and sister Lille M. Marshall Haynes. She was a 1951 graduate of the Historic Burt High School and she was a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her loving memory son, Leonard H. James; niece Maxine L. Jones; nephews, Charles E. Haynes, James T. Haynes, George T. (Yvonne) Haynes and Randy E. (Joan) Haynes and a host of family and friends.
