Visitation Friday, December 8, 2017 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with the family present 5:00 p.m.7:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Foston Memorial Chapel. Burial Resthaven Memorial Garden. He was born August 31, 1936 in Anderson, SC to Keith Walters, Sr and Nellie Williams. He retired from Civil Service and was the owner of Keith's Exclusive Hair Design and Lil Creation Daycare.He attended Walnut Grove Missionary Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memories son, Keith Walters, III, Nashville, TN; daughters, Felicia Hyde and sister, Mozella Bailey, Asheville, NC.
