Julia H. Gold

Mrs. Julia Gold, age 84, transitioned to eternal rest on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at 11:23 p.m., at Tennova Hospital in Clarksville, TN. Viewing Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 5:00-6:00 p.m., at Foston Funeral Home. A private home going celebration 12:00 p.m., on Friday, February 26, 2021 at Foston Memorial Chapel. Interment following at 2:00 p.m. at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West, Hopkinsville, KY.
Julia was born on December 27, 1936 to the late Mary Clardy White and the late Jessie White in Christian County, Kentucky. Her devoted husband of over 62 years John W. Gold preceded her in death only 83 days prior to Julia’s death. She was also preceded in death by all eight of her siblings. Julia was a devoted member of the Boiling Spring Missionary Baptist Church.
To cherish her memory Julia leaves children, Patrick (Andrea), Dr. Moniqueka E. Gold and Maria Gold; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Although it saddens us, due to the pandemic unfortunately the family will not be able to receive visitors or food during this time. We appreciate all prayers, cards, texts and phone calls.
