JoAnn was born on February 21, 1956 to Ruben Tramill and Frankie Lee Thomas Tramill.In addition to her mother, her brothers, Albert and Ruben Tramill, Jr., also precede her in death. She passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018. She leaves to cherish precious memories, father, Ruben Tramill; sister, Lois Tramill-Lisenbee, Clarksville, TN; brothers: Gus Tramill, Wilmington, DE and Richard Tramill, Clarksville, TN, devoted companion of 25 years, Marlon McKeage; nieces: Lakisha Williams, Temeka Tramill, Shanika Tramill, Tanisha Tramill and Latisha Tramill; nephew, Christopher Lisenbee, all of Clarksville, TN and a host of aunts, uncles and friends.
