Viewing Monday, June 22, 2020 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Funeral service 12:00 p.m. at Foston Memorial Chapel with immediate family. Interment Middle Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Nashville, TN. Irvin Howard was born May 11, 1960, son to Alex A. Lisenbee and Mary Elizabeth Waller Lisenbee, began his earthly journey on May 11, 1960 in Clarksville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Wanda G. Jones.

He accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age and was a faithful member of Woodlawn Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church.

Irvin received his education in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, and he attended Clarksville High School. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He was employed as a construction worker with Bobby Morrison Construction.

He loved spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, listening to music and the sport of basketball. The memories of Irvin’s amazing strong-willed personality, the wonderful spirit in his smile and the warm caring words “Love You” of “Mad Max” will stay in the hearts of those who loved him and carried on forever. His presence will be sorely missed.

On Saturday, June 13, 2020, Irvin departed this life to be with the Lord and receive his heavenly reward.

He leaves to cherish precious memories his sons: Irvin Howard Lisenbee, Jr., Devin F. Lisenbee, both of Colorado Springs, CO and Christopher Lisenbee, Clarksville, Tennessee; nine grandchildren; sisters: Debra L. Swain, Austin, TX and Sharon D. Nathan, Clarksville, TN; brothers: Alex A. Lisenbee, Jr., Michael A. Lisenbee and Mark Lisenbee, all of Clarksville, TN; aunts: Willie Underwood and Birdie Robinson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, best friends: Donnie Greene, Jackson, MS, Monroe Lankford, Bobby Morrison, Dave Berggren and many more friends.
