Fayna Mae Eldridge Sallee

age 91 of Clarksville passed away Friday, February 3, 2017. Visitation Tuesday, February 7, 2017 12:00 noon-8:00 p.m. with the family present 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Woodlawn Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church. Burial Woodlawn Elizabeth Church Cemetery. She was born August 24, 1925 to Roosevelt and Goldean Oldham Eldridge. She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Reginald Sallee, Sr, her parents, stepmother, Sadie L. Eldridge and her siblings, Hazel Mockabee, Theopolus Eldridge, Caldwell Eldridge, Buford Eldridge, Murfin Eldridge, Velt Lee Albritton and Operdell Mobley. She was a member of Woodlawn Elizabeth Missionary Church, where she served on the Mother's Board and Usher Board. She leaves many loved ones to cherish her memory daughter, Claudette Yvonne Sallee; son Thomas Reginald (Linda) Sallee, Jr; step-daughter, Betty Allen, all of Clarksville, TN; grandsons, Thomas Reginald Sallee, III, Nashville, TN and Marques Andrew Sallee, Clarksville, TN; sister, Portia Eldridge Watkins, Forestville, MD; brother, Hoover Eldridge, Oakwood, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family requests that memorials gifts be designated to Dr. Ron Petterson's Alzheimer's research program at Mayo Clinic.
