Dwayne Collins

Age 61 of Clarksville passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021. Visitation Friday, September 17, 2021 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at St. Peter AME Church. Memorial service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, 18, 2021 at St. Peter AME Church.

Dwayne was born December 25,1959 to James Collins and Alma Moore Collins. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Babbie Young and brother Harold "Hippy B" Collins. He retired from Vulcan Corporation.
Dwayne leaves to cherish his loving memories wife, Lanise Whittington Collins; daughter, LaTia Rochelle Collins; son, Eric (Kiesha) Collins; adopted daughter, Sydney Janae Elliott; 8 grandchildren; sisters, Linda (Larry) Collins, Chicago, IL and Sandra (Johnnie) Taylor, Cleveland, OH; brothers, Larry (Joann) Collins, Clinton Township, MI, James (Joe) Collins, Macomb, MI and Billy (Carolyn) Collins, Clarksville, TN; aunt, Ernestine Turner; uncle, Earl (Hattie) Moore; father-in-law, Grover (Clara) Whittington, Sr; sisters-in-law, Sharon Whittington, Sheila Bush, Carletha (Peter) Citzmark and LeTonya Whittington; brother-in-law, Brover (Jacqueline) Whittington, Jr; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
