Corey Hawkins

Corey Kenyon Hawkins, son to James Hawkins and Evon Adams Hawkins, entered this life on Friday, May 23, 1980 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His parents preceded him in death.

He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age and was a member of Fountain of Life Church of God in Christ, Milwaukee, WI dutifully serving with the Music Ministry.

Corey received his education in the Rutherford County School System and was a graduate of LaVergne High School with the Class of 1999. He attended Remington College and was a certified HVAC Technician. He enjoyed employment with Prime Source.

He loved spending time with his family and friends and watching his kids play softball. He enjoyed football, baseball, gaming, and was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and University of Tennessee football programs.  All who knew and loved him will sorely miss his presence.

On Tuesday, August 29, 2023, Corey answered God’s beckoning call to cease from his earthly labors and entered into the Master’s joy.
