Bobbie L. Darden

Age 89 of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020. Viewing Saturday, January 2, 2021 5:00 p.m.-7:00p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Private graveside 12:00 p.m. Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Foston Memorial Gardens.
She was born March 23, 1931 in Clarksville to Robert Broomfield and Rosa Lee Davie. She is preceded in death by her husband Rev. Lloyd Darden, Jr, children, Brenda Keesee, Robert Lloyd Darden, Sr and her parents.
Bobbie was a devoted member of Concord Missionary Baptist Church and later Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. She was a proud member of the Clarksville Order of the Eastern Star and a graduate of the historical Burt High School class of 1948. She retired for Clarksville Montgomery County School System.
She leaves to cherish her memories devoted daughters Rosalynd (Henry) Greene and Sandra (Wallace) Taylor and daughter-in law Candy Darden; grandchildren, Kristen Leandra G. Taylor, Robert (Julissa) Darden, Reginald (Cheryl) Keesee, Kevin Greene and Rosa Nicole (Jairo) Romero; great grandchildren, Shaun Keesee, Laila Keesee, Savannah Darden and Kyasia Wimberly.; great great grandchildren, Mia Romero and Oliver Romero; bonus great grandchildren, Shaneka Long, Shareka Long, Shateka Long, Sheteka Long and Michael Long; nieces, Jennifer Allen, Zelema (James) Hoosier and Loretta (Bruce) Farr; nephews George Thomas (Barbara) Moss, Larnell Moss, and Donnie (Lena) Allen; devoted Eastern Star members Bessie Simms, Annie Smith, Evelyn Showers and a host of family and friends.
