Bobbie Hardy

Bobbie Jean was born January 18, 1940 to John Jefferson Hackney, Sr., and Ora Mae Brandon Hackney in Montgomery County, Tennessee. Her husband, Thomas L. Hardy, Sr., and parents precede her in death.Bobbie was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was a graduate of the Historic Burt High School with the Class of 1958. Furthering her education, she attended Austin Peay State University. She enjoyed religious studies, researching nutrition, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren. She leaves to cherish precious memories her sons: Dr. Thomas L. (Charlotte) Hardy, Jr., Murfreesboro, TN and Stephan E. (Andra) Hardy, Frankfort, Germany; brother, John Jefferson (Yvonne) Hackney, Jr., Clarksville, TN; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of cousins and friends. Memorial service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 6, 2018 at Foston Memorial Chapel.
