Billy E. Williams age 86 of Southside, TN passed away Saturday, October 23, 2021.

Visitation Thursday, October 28, 2021 12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with the family present 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Homegoing Celebration 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 29, 2021 at Cabin Row Missionary Baptist Church. Interment Cabin Row Church Cemetery.
Billy was born May 15, 1935 in Montgomery County to Clay Williams and Vernall Williams. He was a 1953 graduate of Historical Burt High School. Billy was a devoted member of Cabin Row where he served as Deacon, Superintendent, Sunday School Teacher and a member of St. James Lodge # 51 F&AM and Kelly Consistory # 227. He retired from Trane Co where he was a Towmotor Operator. He is preceded in death by his sons, Anthony Burney, Billy Williams, Jr and parents.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories loving and devoted wife, Delores Barker Williams; sons, Kenny (Sybil) Williams, Michael D. (Pam) Williams, John Williams and Dwight (Melissa) Burney; daughters-in-law, Wendy Burney and Sonya Williams; 21 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, host nieces, nephews and cousins.
